4 Gallon Mushroom-Top Copper Pot Still

This 4 gallon mushroom-top still is sized for the hobbyist who wants a manageable batch without sacrificing quality. The wide mushroom cap encourages reflux as vapor rises, helping you pull cleaner cuts of whiskey, rum, brandy or essential oils right from your kitchen or shed.

Every panel is formed from 100% copper at least 1.0 mm thick. Copper does more than look the part: it actively binds sulfur compounds during the run, scrubbing the harsh notes that ruin a spirit and leaving a smoother distillate behind. There is no brass and no lead anywhere in the build.

All unions are sealed with tin-silver solder, a food-safe, lead-free bond that holds up run after run. The kit arrives complete with the pot, mushroom cap, swan neck and a condenser with a thermometer port so you can watch your temperatures from the first drop.
